Welcome to Hindtech IT Solutions. Please carefully read and understand our Rules & Regulation. These rules apply to all trainees, staff members, and employees involved in any academic, development, or educational training with our organization.
Placement Guarantee Agreement
- Full Course Fee Payment: The candidate must have paid the entire course fee (either one-time or in installments) as per the agreed terms.
- Minimum Attendance Requirement: 90% attendance in all classes and labs is mandatory. Frequent absences may void the placement guarantee.
- Completion of All Assignments & Projects: All assignments, mini-projects, and capstone projects must be submitted before deadlines.
- Active Participation in Training: Active involvement in coding practice, mock interviews, group discussions, and other training activities.
- Clear All Internal Tests / Modules: Top 10 performers in each technology will be given a 100% placement guarantee.
- Soft Skills & Communication Sessions: Attendance in resume writing, communication, and interview preparation sessions is mandatory.
- Final Project Completion & Submission: Must complete and submit a portfolio-worthy final project, reviewed by the internal panel.
- Resume Approval by Placement Team: Resume must be approved by the placement cell before job applications begin.
- Clearing Mock Interviews & Aptitude Tests: Must clear at least 2–3 mock interviews, including technical, HR, and aptitude rounds.
- Placement Eligibility Test (PET): Students who rank among the top 10 performers in each technology domain will be eligible to appear for the placement test.
- Active Interview Participation: Must attend all interviews arranged by the institute. Skipping or rejecting any opportunity will void the guarantee.
- Acceptance of First Reasonable Job Offer: You must accept the first offer that meets basic criteria. Refusing such offers without valid reason voids the placement guarantee.
- Background & Behavior Check: No involvement in disciplinary issues or unprofessional conduct during the course or placement process.
- Job Type & Salary Range: Placement may include roles like: Software Trainee, Internship-to-Hire.
- Time Limit for Placement: Guarantee is valid for 3 to 6 months after successful course completion.
- Location Flexibility: You must be willing to relocate if the hiring company requires it.
- Offline Interview Participation (Self Expense): If any company prefers to conduct the interview in offline (physical) mode, you must attend it at your own expense (travel, stay, etc.). Refusal to attend such interviews will void the placement guarantee.
- Placement Failure – Refund or Re-Interview: If you're not placed even after fulfilling all conditions:
- You are eligible to request a 50% refund of course fees,
- Appear for interviews in 5 additional companies, after taking extra training in the area where you were previously rejected. Updating your profile and clearing readiness checks again.
- No Refund Policy (Conditional): If any of the above conditions are not met by the student, the institute reserves the right to deny refund or placement assistance.
This policy reflects our confidence in the quality of our training and commitment to student success.
Admission Requirements
Candidates should submit their application on the prescribed application form along with two passport size photographs. Candidates should submit the certificate/mark sheet of the latest qualification.
Fee Payment & Collection
- All fees are payable to "Hindtech IT Solutions" in Lucknow by cheque, demand draft, cash, credit/debit card, NEFT, or UPI.
- Students must retain original payment receipts, as they may be required for the "Course Completion Certificate."
- The admission form fee is ₹1000 and is included in the course fee.
- A non-refundable advance of 40% of the course fee is required at the start.
- The course fee must be paid in two instalments. The first is due in the second month, and the second in the third month after admission. (*Offered on select courses only*)
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Students must remember their installment dates and ensure timely payments to avoid consequences.
Placement/Internship Assistance
Hindtech IT Solutions will provide placement/internship assistance to students on selected courses, governed by firm policies which may change over time.
Passing Certificate
Each training program includes an assessment. Certificates are issued within 45 days upon passing. Duplicate or reappear certificates may incur a fee. Failing students receive only a "Certificate of Participation." Certificates must be collected in person.
Attendance and Leave
90% attendance is mandatory. Attendance is logged and signed daily. Leave requires 3 days prior notice.
Rejoining
If a student is absent for 7+ days without notice, re-admission charges apply.
Termination of Student Services
Misbehavior or indiscipline can lead to termination of services without refund or notice.
Batch Timings & Transfer
Batch timings depend on infrastructure availability. Change requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
Course Upgrade/Downgrade
Upgrade is possible; downgrade is not. No refund for course downgrade.
Student Photo/Videos
Hindtech IT Solutions can use student photos and videos taken during the program on brand promotional material and social platforms.
Undertaking
Students should refrain from carrying expensive items to the institute such as mobile phones, jewellery, watches, excessive cash. Students are responsible for their own belongings. Hindtech IT Solutions shall not be liable/responsible in the event of any loss/damage to the same.
Finance Facility
Hindtech IT Solutions has a tie-up with finance companies to provide an easy finance facility to students. The finance company reserves the right to approve/disapprove any loan application/amount as per Terms & Conditions. Hindtech IT Solutions does not take any responsibility.
Mobile Phone
Usage of mobile phones is prohibited during the classes. If a student is found using a phone during class, Hindtech IT Solutions management may take disciplinary action as per policy.
